At Teeshophome, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have a generous 30-day window from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund. Please read the following guidelines for our return policy:

  1. A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. To request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), please contact our customer support team at [email protected].
  2. The return authorization number (RMA) must be included along with the product you are returning.
  3. Once you have received an RMA, kindly return the item, and then email us with the RMA and the tracking number so we can monitor your return.
  4. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we kindly request that you return the product within 30 days of receiving the RMA.
  5. Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition, free from physical damage or breakage. All accessories that were originally included with your purchase must also be returned with the product.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

  • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
  • You are responsible for all prepaid shipping charges and assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to Teeshophome.
  • If you return a Product to Teeshophome without a return authorization or if any parts and accessories originally included with your purchase are missing, Teeshophome reserves the right to either reject the return or charge a restocking fee of 30% of the original Product(s) price or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
  • In the event that the returned product is inspected and determined to be in good physical condition, Teeshophome reserves the right to charge you a 30% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of labor and repackaging for products found to be in good condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Additionally, some situations may only qualify for partial refunds.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send an email to [email protected], and we will provide further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 30 days from the date of delivery.
